-Marriage & Relationship Coaching. Strengthening communication, connection, and partnership through evidence-based relational tools.
-Executive & Leadership Coaching. Supporting leaders in cultivating clarity, emotional intelligence, and values-aligned decision-making.
-Spiritual Coaching. Creating space to listen deeply, discern with clarity, and align your life with your values and faith journey.
Hi, I’m Bobbi sue.
I am a trauma‑informed, whole‑person coach who helps individuals and couples build clarity, resilience, and sustainable personal and relational growth. My coaching is warm, grounded, and deeply supportive — integrating evidence‑based tools, emotional attunement, and (when desired) Christ‑centered spiritual discernment.
I’m professionally trained through the iPEC Professional Coach Program (ICF‑aligned) and the Blackaby Spiritual Leadership Coaching framework, and I hold a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling. My background spans human services, crisis intervention, education, wellness, and spiritual formation, giving me a unique ability to support the whole person — mind, body, relationships, and spirit.
I serve women, men, and couples, offering both faith‑integrated coaching and secular‑only coaching depending on your preferences, values, and goals. Every client receives a safe, non‑directive, trauma‑aware space to explore what’s possible and take meaningful next steps.
Whether you’re navigating a transition, rebuilding after a hard season, strengthening your marriage, or seeking clarity in your personal or spiritual life, I’m here to walk with you.

Hi, I’m Tyler.
I spent 21 years in the U.S. Navy, much of it beneath the waves in submarine operations and forward-deployed environments. In those 16 years of leadership, I learned a fundamental truth: the mission is the goal, but the people are the engine.
Following my service, I transitioned into the corporate sector, managing multi-million dollar subsea projects. My academic background in Workforce Education from SIU confirmed what I witnessed in the fleet—people thrive when they have absolute clarity, values-aligned goals, and a robust support system.
I specialize in helping veterans translate their military mission-focus into a fulfilling civilian identity. As a marriage mentor and spiritual coach, I am passionate about helping men and families anchor themselves in their faith and their relationships, ensuring they have the resilience to weather any storm.

Our coaching philosophy
Our approach blends three core pillars:
1. Trauma‑Informed Safety
You’ll experience a grounded, judgment‑free space where your story is honored and your nervous system is supported. We move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
2. Evidence‑Based, Whole‑Person Coaching
Through our training, we use structured coaching methods that help you identify patterns, shift perspectives, and build practical strategies for lasting change.
3. Optional Faith Integration
For clients who desire it, we incorporate a Spiritual Coaching framework — helping you discern God’s activity, align with His direction, and cultivate spiritual clarity. For clients who prefer a secular‑only approach, we provide a fully evidence‑based, inclusive coaching experience without spiritual language.
This flexibility allows every client — regardless of background — to feel supported, respected, and empowered.
